After your purchase of Be Mother, you have 60 days from the moment you receive your package to explore the benefits of this amazing product. We truly hope that you will soon become one of the many customers who contact us to share their joy and positive experience with us.
However, if this is not the case for you and you are not fully satisfied with your investment, you can easily request a refund!
BEFORE you request a refund, please make sure you’ve given the product enough time to work for you. We usually advise all our customers to use the product for at least 3 months to allow the product to prove its effect on the body before reaching a conclusion.
If you have made up your mind and would like to request your money back, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1:
Make sure you are still within the 60-day period, starting from the day your order was delivered to you. To verify the delivery date, please check the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Step 2:
Send an email to our support team at contact@bemotherusa.com and inform them that you are not fully convinced of the product’s benefits. Please include “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to ensure your refund request receives priority.
Step 3:
Send all the bottles back to us (whether they are empty or not) at the address below. It doesn’t matter if the bottles are opened or sealed. Include a note with your full name, email, and order ID (optional) so that we can locate and process your order with priority.
As long as you return ALL the bottles and the packing slip, rest assured that your refund will be processed within a few days after we receive your package.

Be patient! We will process your refund as soon as we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. The processing time typically ranges between 5 and 10 days.
